Why i do this work

My coaching strengths come from my own process of learning to navigate insecurity, sensitivity, perfectionism, and self-doubt during times of growth. I remember receiving several awards for my work during my MFA program, and yet having very little ability to see a future where I could build a successful career around my talents.

There was a critical disconnection between what I was capable of and what I actually believed was possible for me. My confidence was shut down.

And it didn’t just affect my work. It impacted my relationships, my health, my finances, and my ability to move forward in my life. Does that sound familiar?

If you’re building something of your own, you may know this feeling too: knowing you’re capable of more, but feeling limited by anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, perfectionism, or fear of being seen. I began to move out of that mindset by learning how to understand and work with my own emotional patterns instead of fighting them. I learned how to shift the beliefs that were keeping me stuck, regulate my emotions, work with my nervous system, and build a steadier sense of trust in myself.

That process of personal development changed everything.

Because it refined the way I moved through obstacles, decisions, uncertainty, and change. It helped me stop seeing my emotions as a weakness and start understanding it as something I could work with, support, and strengthen.

Now I help growing entrepreneurs do the same.

I work with emerging business owners, creatives, wellness professionals, coaches, solopreneurs, and self-led professionals who are navigating growth, uncertainty, visibility, or a new chapter in their work.

Together, we clarify what you’re building, identify the patterns getting in your way, and develop tools to help you regulate stress, rebuild self-trust, and keep moving forward with more consistency. When you learn how to move through your own obstacles, you begin to realize that you can trust yourself to navigate what comes next.

That is real resilience.
